Our team understands one of the biggest challenges facing MSPs and MSSPs is new client acquisition and increasing revenues.  This is an industry with founders with diverse backgrounds.  For technical founders, their company may be their first foray into sales…and they often struggle with what to do first and how to get in front of new clients systematically.

Additionally, we see MSPs and MSSPs face challenges when they move beyond “friends and family” selling.  Once their Rolodex has been depleted, finding the next net new relationship can be challenging. Prior to his 19 years in sales leadership roles in the pharmaceutical, automotive and MSP industries, Robb was an NCO in the elite 82nd Airborne Division of the US Army.
